To apply, you can fill out the application form on the link on our website, call 444 EVİM (444 3846) or visit the nearest Garanti BBVA branch.

In the first step of a mortgage application, you just need to submit your identity number. In the next steps, you will be asked to submit a title deed, income certificate, and additional documents if deemed necessary.

There is no regulation limiting the number of mortgages that may be allocated to an individual. You may utilize more than one mortgage depending upon your ability to repay.

Our Bank establishes a pledge as a first mortgage on the property you bought at an amount that shall cover the credit risk.

You can give an automatic payment order for the installments to be paid from your account or you can pay each installment via Garanti BBVA Internet Banking, Garanti BBVA Mobile, and our branches.

You can ask about your loan application's current status via our branches and our mortgage hotline at 444 3 846.

On Garanti BBVA Internet Banking, you can track the statuses of your applications that you have submitted via any channel under Current Loan Applications within the Loan option on the Applications menu.

On Garanti BBVA Mobile, you can track your loan application process by going to the Applications menu and then the Track Loan Application option under Loan Application.
 

Pursuant to the Law no. 6502, credit facilities extended to consumers for acquisition of a house, and lease of houses to consumers through financial leasing, and credit facilities extended to consumers under security of houses owned by them, and credit facilities extended for refinancing of such loans are within the scope of the Mortgage Law.

Published in the Official Gazette dated 16.06.2009, the amendment in Article 17 of the Decree-in-law no. 32 About Protection of Value of Turkish Currency annexed to a Decree of the Council of Ministers no. 89/14391 prohibits the disbursement of foreign currency-indexed loans to Turkish nationals. Due to the stated decision, Turkish nationals cannot utilize a mortgage in a foreign currency but the Turkish Lira. However, foreign nationals and individuals residing abroad may take a foreign currency-indexed mortgage in USD/EUR/GBP if deemed suitable.
